Planaria is a digital software service. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to:

  • First-time subscription purchases
  • Plan upgrades (refund of the difference)

3. Refunds After 14 Days

After the 14-day guarantee period, refunds may still be issued in the following cases:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service and our support team is unable to resolve them
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription

These requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Please note:

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle
  • Your account will automatically revert to the free plan after cancellation

7. Exceptions

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Renewal charges after the initial 14-day period (you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges)
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
