1. Service Description
Planaria (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") is a Grasshopper plugin that uses advanced language model technology to help users generate, fix, and optimize C# Script components using natural language.

2. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have a valid Google account for authentication
- Agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms of Service
- Have a legally authorized license to use Rhinoceros software
3. Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including:
- Safeguarding your login credentials and API tokens
- Not sharing account access with others
- Notifying us immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use
- Taking responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Usage Restrictions
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Attempt to circumvent or interfere with the Service's security mechanisms
- Exceed the usage quota limits of your subscription plan
- Use automated tools to make mass requests to Service resources
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain the source code of the Service
- Generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Resell or transfer access to the Service without authorization
5. Intellectual Property
Service Rights: Planaria and its related technology, trademarks, and interface designs are owned by the Service team. You may not copy, modify, publish, or otherwise use these materials.
Your Generated Content Rights: The C# code generated through the Service belongs to you for usage purposes. You are free to use, modify, and publish this code in your projects. Note that generated code may be based on public programming patterns and does not constitute exclusive intellectual property.
Community Shared Content: When you choose to share components on the community platform, you authorize other users to view, download, and use those components. You retain the original copyright but agree to allow the Service to display and promote your shared content.
6. Subscription and Payment
The Service offers free and paid subscription plans:
- Free Plan: Provides basic features and limited usage quota
- Paid Plans: Provide higher quota limits and advanced features
Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. When you make a purchase, you are buying from Paddle, who then pays us. Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to payment-related matters.
Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide stable and reliable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Regular maintenance and system updates
- Issues with third-party services (including language model providers)
- Force majeure events
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time and will notify users in advance when reasonably possible.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:
- The correctness, completeness, or suitability of generated code
- Continuous availability or error-free operation of the service
- Meeting your specific needs or expectations
You should verify the correctness of generated code before use. The Service assumes no liability for any losses arising from the use of the Service or generated content to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its team shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service
The Service's total liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to the Service in the past 12 months, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms of Service
- Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Causing harm to the Service or other users
You may also delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to you via email or in-service notification. Continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you should stop using the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Taiwan.
